TSF offers a lightsaber-themed fitness program that incorporates high-intensity lightsaber training (HILT). The program is comprised of an exclusive arrangement of three challenging workout stations developed by an Industry Elite Lightsaber Fitness Specialist.

In SilverSneakers® Splash, a fun shallow-water exercise class, you’ll use a signature splash-board to increase strength and endurance.
